About Morphobot

MorphoBot is an app that leverages artificial intelligence and machine learning object detection to help identify morphologic structures in organ specimens.

The app is able to utilize your device camera to take a new image or can use a saved image of an organ specimen. The app then utilizes its trained models to identify and label the structures in that organ, returning a labeled image!

MorphoBot was founded and led by Rohit S. Loomba. Rohit is a pediatric cardiac intesive care physician and cardiac morphologist in Chicago, IL. He is an active academic with an interest in data analytics and machine learning.
