application ("App").

- When using the App's image recognition features (e.g., uploading organ or specimen images), the

images are temporarily processed either on-device or via secure cloud services. Images are not

stored or retained after processing unless explicitly saved by the user.

- The App does not automatically store or transmit images for future access.

c. Usage Data

- We may collect anonymized usage data to help improve performance and user experience. This

may include device type, operating system, usage time, and feature interactions.

d. Diagnostic and Crash Logs

- In the event of a crash or bug, anonymized diagnostic information may be collected to resolve

issues. This data does not include personally identifiable information.

We use the collected information to:

- Operate, maintain, and improve the App

MorphoBot is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If

7. HIPAA Disclaimer

MorphoBot is not intended to store or transmit protected health information (PHI) as defined by the

Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). It is the user's sole responsibility to

ensure their use of the App is compliant with HIPAA and other applicable privacy regulations.

- Users should not upload any identifiable patient information.

- MorphoBot does not retain any uploaded images after processing is completed.

8. Your Rights

You may have the right to:

- Access, correct, or delete your personal data

- Withdraw consent

- File a complaint with a regulatory authority

9. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically. Any updates will be reflected with a new "Effective

Date" and, when necessary, users will be notified through the App or email.
